Dr juta is responsible for the permanent deterioration of my health. He is quick to cast judgement, he is comfortable speaking to you disrespectfully and even occasionally saying evil things to you when he is frustrated. This man should be reported to the CPSO and not allowed to practice. He is a terrible, evil man and a incompetent and worse doctor.
I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. I went in seeking medical advice and to be properly checked out, but instead of receiving guidance, I was asked, “what do you want me to do about it?” Portia that’s not an appropriate response when a patient is looking for professional medical input. On top of that, the wait time was over an hour, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. I have been patient of dr. juta for more than 10 years and my patience is run out. This office is a joke. Dr.Juta is always away and often late for work hour or more. Appointment to see him takes weeks and staff won’t even pick up the phone or many times they don’t return calls at all. The practitioner nurse doesn’t do proper job and doesn’t care about patients. I’m definitely looking for a different family doctor.
