Bryan, their technician, was instrumental in making my experience fantastic. When he came, he fixed a leaking coil like a pro. After that, he made sure the HVAC and temperature controls were in the correct positions. Extremely polite and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by how much less pricey it was.

Furthermore, they really care about doing the task correctly. I know I can rely on them whether I need a tune-up or a complete installation.

I was in a dire situation when my air conditioner broke down during a heat wave. The only business able to dispatch someone that day was Low Cost Heating & Cooling. Before leaving, the technician verified sure everything was cooling correctly and promptly resolved the problem. Their expertise and quickness are much appreciated.

Thanks to Bryan, their technician, I had a wonderful experience. He arrived to fix a coil that was leaking and performed an excellent job. Beyond that, he double-checked the ventilation and thermostat settings. Great professionalism and courtesy. It was also less expensive than I had anticipated.
