Annie or Anna at the front desk is a miserable human being who should not work with the general public. It’s very unfortunate for dr Samuel to have such an unprofessional human being in his office, his office deserves better and she deserves to be fired. I will not be returning to his office because of this!!! Horrible customer service and horrible human being shame on her !!!
Worst office to go to if your not rich. They just dropped me as a patient because I had no choice but to stop taking my seizure meds cause my insurance got turned off for a month, an they said because I stopped taking it that I no longer can be a patient. I didn't get my meds because they wouldn't fill them without seeing me n wanted $200 for me to be seen an on top of that would have charged me $800 for my script.
