Reception ASHLEY, is the rudest person I have ever experienced in health care in my entire life. I had to take my daughter to emergency and missed my initial appointment, I called before business hours and couldn't get through. I then called the next day and asked if I could reschedule because I had a family emergency. She said if you miss an appointment they will no longer accept you as a patient. Dr Pugsley is awesome. Very caring and professional. I would trust him with my life. (well actually I did).
Dr Pugsley was rude as well as his staff. I am not sure if because it was Monday but overall he perfom faily good
