I want to personally thank Ms. Kathy. I am not sure what area she works in at Dr. Young's office but she is truly amazing and thoughtful. I was having issues getting my prescription pre-authorized, I left a message and she called me back and kept her word on getting the task complete. Also,, Dr. Young's admin. called me and advised me that everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate his staff. I have never had any majors problems with Dr. Young's staff and I appreciate that. Dr. Young was my doctor for over 15 years maybe 20. He was a good dr. He was my family members dr as well. I lost my husband to suicide in 2011.Dr. Young knew this..he was my husband dr. too. I couldn’t get Social Security for myself from him because you have to be 62. I fell behind on bills including dr. Young bills. I filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy and informed Dr. Young office to inform them.
