Rude receptionist. Tried to make an appointment two times but was just placed on hold.
I attempted to make an appointment with Savani as a new patient the lack of professionalism with the front office staff just to make an appointment deters me from becoming a patient of his. Not only is it 4.5 months out for an appointment (welcome to today's health care system in CA) but I'm literally in the middle of making the appointment with someone on the line, we have date and time all I need to do is give my contact information and I'm abruptly placed on hold for 10 minutes.
