Took my wife's 4runner in. We asked them to make sure the windows were clean and streak free. When we picked it up the windows had more streaks than it did when we dropped it off. The guy even asked me if I had any ideas how to get them clean! I am nit a detailer, that's why I brought the rig to you! They also put a really slick armor all material on the floor mats. I will definitely be coming back. The employees were on top of it, kind and welcoming. My car looked almost brand new and smelled amazing as well. It was in pretty bad shape when I dropped it off and they did a great job cleaning it up, in really, no time at all! Very happy 😀

After a "friend" used our car trashed its interior with smoking, food, and other garbage, the stench was so intense that we thought we would never be able to have the windows down again. But Dr. Detail came to the rescue. In just a few hours, the interior of the car was spotless, and the nasty smells were gone! The price was extremely fair and the owner was very friendly and efficient. Overall I had an exceptional consumer experience. I give Dr. Detail my highest recommendation.
