This is our car AFTER washing ("Platinum" service for $22). Pretty annoyed I didn't get out to check but we were in a hurry to get somewhere else. I'm sure if I'd asked, they would've let me go through again -- but the guys who wiped us down at the end must have seen how dirty the car still was & they didn't say anything!
They broke my Tesla's charging port. When I emailed them asking to be compensated, no answer.
I went to have my car washed and it got damaged inside the tunnel wash it bent the windshield wipers and gouge it into a brand new paint job. I was supposed to get a call from Eric the owner. He has not called me I am very upset. I just want these deep scratches gone....HELP!!!!!!
I went in for a detail Friday it was 46$ I tipped 10$ to Juan via Venmo . After I drive home I started to notice a few things : Vacuum was good . They ripped my rug front passenger side . They wipe interior but little white particles from the towels were left behind . I re did with armor all myself . The tires were shiny but whatever oil solution they sprayed it was everywhere and couldn’t be removed with water . What a joke. Car wash sure but to have vacuums for quarters only after you pay nearly $20 for a wash is an insult. No rags provided either to wipe things missed in the wash. If you are reading this, drive a little further with this place in your rear view.
