Hands down the best dental office in London! My family have been seeing Dr. Chen for over 10 years now. We are very grateful for Dr.Chen's work. My father had several dental implants done this year, and the experience was painless with minimum healing time. The results are amazing. Dr.Chen cares deeply for his patients, and his staff are always professional and friendly. We highly recommend this office.
I am deeply concerned about their excessive focus on up selling. I voiced my concerns to them and was taken aback by their dismissive attitude. If you're reading this, I strongly suggest considering alternatives because I genuinely mean it. Don't hesitate, leave. It's astonishing that they have garnered positive reviews on Google, as I fail to comprehend how that's possible. I am incredibly disappointed, and to make matters worse, I am still experiencing discomfort in my mouth with absolutely no resolution or assistance.
