This practice needs alot of work. I hate to give this review because the doctor & staff are really nice. However: 1st appt- was there on time. Took 3hrs to be seen. But ok Ill give them another chance 2nd appt- on time at opening. Doors were locked for almost an hour. Staff couldn't even get in. A guy comes unlock the door. But then still had to wait over an hour for the doctor to arrive. IUD removed. Discovered that paperwork for new iud approval was not submitted to insurance the first visit. I completed paperwork. Dr. Mancini is a wonderful doctor who cares perfor her patients. She remembers the smallest details and always treats me with respect. I will never forget the time I had a meltdown in her office over a personal matter. She held me in her arms and let me babble on and on until I couldn't cry anymore. She's been my GYN doctor for over 20 years and she's always been consistent.
This GYN is probably the worst ever. Not only is it outdated, For 2 years the phone was never answered nor did I receive a call back. I found a new doctor but I didn’t attend my appointment yet so when I had an emergency the only person to go to was them. Surprisingly they answered the phone and I got an emergency appointment. I ended up going to the hospital the night before my follow up appointment.
