The receptionist (Nevina) was always very unorganized, out of it and was unprofessional. She wouldn't answer the phone alot of the time. I would call a couple of times and it would just ring and ring. So, I'd walk there to book the appointment sonce wasnt answering. She mixed up times of appointments and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing at the desk. Its also good that Olivia isn"t there either. She was very awkward and stared at you in a weird way. Dr. Moodley and her staff are absolutely incredible! She never makes you feel rushed during appointments and always takes the time to thoroughly answer all your questions. I've lost over 40 lbs on her weight loss program, and I’m so grateful for her genuine care and dedication to my health.
