I’ve been a patient here for years, but this last visit was beyond disappointing. I booked a Wednesday 10:30 a.m. appointment, only to be told upon arrival that it was actually scheduled for Thursday. Despite being told Thursday via telephone and receiving a reminder text that indicated the same. When I asked if I could still be seen for a simple prescription, the receptionist went to the back to confirm with the doctor. The doctor then came out with immediate dismissive and annoyed energy. I signed up for Dr. Moodley’s weight loss program ($400/year), but in my experience, it is not a "program" in any functional sense. For that fee, it's basically a cover charge for a monthly weigh-in on a fancy scale and a basic prescription that you could get from most family doctors. The advice was just as basic. I was given a generic pamphlet on how to portion a plate and told to walk around the house lifting 2lb weights or go for a walk. The receptionist (Nevina) was always very unorganized, out of it and was unprofessional. She wouldn't answer the phone alot of the time. I would call a couple of times and it would just ring and ring. So, I'd walk there to book the appointment sonce wasnt answering. She mixed up times of appointments and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing at the desk. Its also good that Olivia isn"t there either. She was very awkward and stared at you in a weird way.
