Absolutely outstanding surgeon. I am so thankful for Dr Randall. From the very beginning of my journey, he is incredibly professional but also hugely compassionate with a fantastic bedside manner. He has looked after me for almost two years, and as a surgeon, he is just excellent. Thank you Dr Randall, you set a standard that all medical staff should strive for.
I had my first consultation with Dr. Randall and truly appreciated his kind, informative, and positive demeanour . He takes a conversational approach, didn’t rush, and is genuinely happy to answer any questions. Also, the front desk staff is very kind and welcoming.
Dr Randall and Kendra are an excellent duo at this firm. They are both kind and very patient.
My only interaction was with the staff on the phone who was abhorrent enough to deter me from the clinic. I am sure Dr. Randall must be very helpful but the staff really needs some training in being courteous and empathetic to distressed parents. All I had was a very polite request to postpone the appointment due to a conflict in my schedule after which I was snapped at in the rudest manner possible and she went on straight to cancel it altogether.
