Dr. Blackwell is a fabulous doctor. He spends time going over the trends in my lab results and helps me consider the best dietary options and helps me understand the impacts of medications. I really appreciate the service I get from the Novant Hallmark office.

He is very thorough and caring in his evaluation of your medical problems. I think he enjoys the analysis of lab and blood work results. He is responsive to emails and phone calls. I am very, very thankful that he is my PCP.
