I have been with Dr Pap since he took over for Dr Mclain and me and my family have never had any problems with the Dr's or the receptionist they have all treated us like family.... Until..... they hired this new receptionist she is rude and disrespectful and does not care about people well being when you tell someone you are having hard time breathing you get then in to see a doctor ASAP NOT THE NEXT DAY. Thank you to Dr Papastergio and his staff for the last visit with my mom. Took the time to discuss a bunch of concerns. Never rushed us and is always professional. Thanks again glad to have a wonderful family Dr.

I’ve been a patient here since the office opened on day 1. I’ve always had terrific experiences here over the years. Dr. Papastergiou is a kind, personable doctor that provides wonderful attentive care. I’m surprised to read some of the reviews. He is entitled to vacation time just like everyone else. With the time spent in school and number of years being a caregiver he has earned his vacation time. Wish I could give negative stars that’s how bad I believe this facility is. Was told as a depressed suicidal teen that if I did not go to counselling (if you d had depression, you know you need to want the help to get help) he wouldn’t be my doctor anymore. Money hungry and charges you for not visiting in person. Shames you for going to walk in clinics when they’re not available, which is often as he goes on vacation more than any one I know, and apparently! Won’t do prenatal care.
