I saw Dr Legg, last week. I was told that he was out of network, however he was in network. I had my insurance company call them. They agreed that he was in network, but would not be in March and would not do any thing about this. I am out over $200.00. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, THEY ARE CROOKED IN MY OPINION.
