Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Getting an appointment wasn't a problem. Having a doctor who would listen and make an accurate diagnosis was. After two visits in which he told me to steroids ("I would give them to my children" - direct quote) and get a MRI, neither of which I did, on the follow up visit he told me I had hearing loss and needed hearing aids. Will NOT see this guy again.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. I felt better as soon as I left. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. My regular doctor was out of town. I have never had a more uncaring, unattentive, incompetent office visit with a doctor in my life! When i told him all of the issues I was having that were never experienced by me before he turned to me and said "well that's an interesting story". That's all he could say????? Then he went to give me an injection and he selected the wrong drug and just before giving it to me threw up his arms and said "duh..." Then went back to the counter to get the right one.
