Great experience..questions were answered clearly. Very friendly all around.
I highly recommend Dr. Kroll. He has a great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable, and took the time to patiently explain my condition, address my concerns, and answer my questions. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. His staff is also helpful and friendly.
Dr. Kroll's assistant was very caring, thorough and professional. Dr. Kroll was understanding of my needs and made arrangements for me to get an MRI.
Dr. Kroll was very helpful, he explained everything well. I appreciate the time he spent with me going over my MRI and options I have for treatment.
