The staff were very friendly and I felt comfortable right away, the MA was very professional and kind. Dr Peacock was very thorough and caring. I haven't felt this good about my health in many years. So glad I am on the road to feeling better and knowing that my Dr. Actually cares and the staff are so kind makes it so much easier!
Another Kadlec location. I swear these things are everywhere. For good reason.
Staff was so rude.Made a schedule mistake I took off work,and they acted like it was my fault, when it was clearly theres the other Dr.was also rude bought i wouldnt even come out and say sorry my staff made a mistake.Staffing needs proper training I'm in medical field myself and would never treat patients clients or residents this way.The thing that bugs me most is peacock is so awesome,but his stuff suck.I hope that they find another rhometoid dr.Cause I will transfer.
