Today I used the services of the St Johns Urgent Family Care practice. I was promptly greeted. Since forms are available on the website, I was able to hand in the paperwork when signing in. The wait time was short. My needs were handled professionally, explanation of the treatment provided, and questions were encouraged and answered. The attitude of all the staff members encountered was excellent. I would not hesitate to use this practice again.,
Oh I used them for 2 years. They were OK until they missed a ruptured disk in my neck. Now they don't want me there. This doctor will lie on your medical report to cover them self's. As long as you only have high blood pressure and the flu Your good, but if you need real medical care stay away from here. Now I can't get health care because this doctor lied on my medical report and said I had a drug problem. I can tell you I've never had a drug problem. In fact the medical records will show I sometimes turned medication down.... read more
Great facility! I visited on a Saturday morning which was busy but they made the waiting less painful by putting me in a patient room with a TV to watch. The doctor quickly dealt with my problem when she arrived. The whole staff including administrative area, nurse and doctor were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again when needed.
