Dr.Ayo, no complaints, but the incompetence of his staff at his 923 College location is unbelievable! From getting their appointments straight, to them not even knowing what prescriptions a patient takes to them taking 3 weeks to get a prescription refill (and that’s with the pharmacy contacting them twice and me calling the office twice this week)!!!! Changing doctors for this reason…ridiculous!!!!
Dr. Ayo is truly the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ensures you feel comfortable and heard. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top quality care.
I never saw Dr. Ayo, which i thought was a terrible fact. Saw Miriam his NP, the office has 0 communication skills, called several times, they never sent results to my PCP which is who sent them my referral in fact the didn't even have my PCP name in my file, took several weeks for me to get my results only after stating I did not wish for them to be my doctor, I wish I could give 0 stars, and the poor front desk girl take all the heat!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Ayo for several years now. He and his staff have always been professional ,caring and courteous. He always listens and does his best to solve any health issues I have. Highly recommend Dr. Ayo.
Very good Dr and staff is also great. Listen to what I had to say he ask several questions. I went to him for a second opinion, and wind up, changing to him. He and staff are super friendly and professional.
