It was my first visit to D.R. Dental Clinic and was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The receptionists are very pleasant. The assistant who took me to the dentist’s room and performed the X-rays is also pleasant. She explained to me the process and was very patient with me when I was struggling in keeping the ‘xray tool’ (don’t know what it’s called) inside my mouth. I started my Invisalign treatment here and honestly regret it. For such an expensive process, the lack of communication, empathy, and basic respect was surprising. From the beginning, I tried to be responsible by paying my monthly fees early to stay on budget—I'm a stay-at-home mom who's not working. Great place very clean dental clinic and the doctors are very professional.
Switching clinics soon. Not very happy with having a new hygienist every time I go in. Last time they didn’t even polish my teeth. On top of that, the dentist did not properly numb the area where he was going to work on and I had one of my worst experience ever with a dentist.
The cleaning and checkup is thorough and professional. Every step is well explained ahead. It is a nice experience. Will get my kid to join it.
