I had a nightmare of an experience. First, the communication is so poor. I was told when I got the estimate it would take 1 week. When I didn't hear back towards the end of week 1, I had to call to ask what was going on. I ended up getting 4 different dates of when my car would be complete and each time, I had to be the one that called. Second, my husband is currently using his own tools to try to fix the door that wasn't screwed on properly and now doesn't shut properly. Awesome.
