I took my new vehicle to Dr Dent after the hail storm of June 2022. They did a fantastic job of repairing the dents! Mark (owner) kept me informed of the progress and went out of his way to see I was taken care of. Offered a loaner car or to pickup/drop off my vehicle ect. I used Mark's services a year ago when we had the "great hailstorm of 2021" in Hot Springs. He did a wonderful job, so of course when the "even greater hail storm of 2022" happened a week ago, I immediately called Mark. I took my vehicle up to his Rapid City location. So let me start by just saying - wow! Mark is absolutely amazing and is a wizard at his craft. I reached out for a quote and within 30min to an hour I got a quote that he stayed true to for the job. I then called to see if he was available as I was on a time crunch and he was able to squeeze me in for my vehicle the next morning. My left front bumper was dented two weekends ago in a slight mishap on my part pulling out of a space without realizing the front tires were not pointing straight out when I hit the gas, instead slightly colliding with a concrete pole in my parking garage.
