Can’t get an appointment they never call you back. I guess they are short staffed
Fine, he pulverized the stone, but my son works at UPS, and would not give him a work note!!? No problem, we called the GP and got him a common sense work note for a break from manual labor after lithotripsy. Find another doc if you can.
Hands down the worst office staff with the exception of a couple of the nurses/MAs. Extremely hateful with any question or concern you have. Don’t call the nurse line they tell you to when you have concerns post procedure because they either A) won’t answer the phone, B) will try and get you to request a call back that you won’t ever receive, or C) will answer and be of no help or guidance.
