Dr. Jodoin and staff work well together and provide top notch dental care. Technique and equipment along with knowledgeable expertise gave me the confidence to undergo a lengthy and complicated process with cooperation with my dentist.
The doctor and hygienists are fantastic. When it comes to billing they are clueless! I have great insurance and they paid 100% for 3 of my visits with electronic funds directly to their bank account. On my 3rd visit the receptionist said my insurance never paid and I owe $1400 on top of the $700 I had already paid. She wouldn’t let me leave until I paid more even though I showed her my explanation of benefits and showed her that my cost has been $0 all along and she told me “that’s not right, I’ve never heard of that.” So th... read more
