The careless dentist!!!
I contacted Dr. Norheim for an implant crown and explained to his assistant what needed to be done. I received a call back from his assistant with the cost of the treatment plan and my out-of-pocket cost which is incorrect. I told his assistant that their quote for my out-of-pocket cost was wrong, but that I would call my insurance company and would let them know the correct amount. Finding a dentist is such a personal choice. I went yesterday for the first time to get a checkup and cleaning after reviewing several dentists here. Kristin, the dental hygienist, is just incredible! Such a nice person, great listener, and knowledgeable about her profession in ways you rarely see today. I had waited 2 years so I needed the attention, and my teeth and gums have never felt better after she went to work on me. I saw Dr Norheim briefly and will return for some crowns.
