I contacted Dr. Norheim for an implant crown and explained to his assistant what needed to be done. I received a call back from his assistant with the cost of the treatment plan and my out-of-pocket cost which is incorrect. I told his assistant that their quote for my out-of-pocket cost was wrong, but that I would call my insurance company and would let them know the correct amount.
