We ordered a DRx SpectraLite™ FaceWare Pro×1 Skin Care Mask for my wife's B-day for $455.00 (Plus a discount). What we received was a bar mixology set worth about $50.00. Not only that the whole event was embarrassing for daughter having my wife open a bar gift in front of all our friends and family present and laughing at the ridiculous gift. Highly dissatisfactory experience. The receptionist was distasteful, bordering on rude and she spoke so loudly that the entire office could hear your personal details. The “medical” facial was below average, especially given the elevated price point. Not certain what qualifies it as a medical facial - it was essentially a wash, some poorly executed extractions and mask with some product. No frills but will run you $300 easy. Would strongly recommend another, more professional location.

Worst company, i ordered a $430 product and recieved an empty box, i kept on calling there customer service phone but no answer, send them email and chat message, the whole day i’ve been contacting them but still did not get any answer back. Im sooo mad right now. Be aware guys in ordering because if you encounter a problem you will leave hanging.
