Good experience with Dr.Lee
Over a period of five years, I had two procedures with Dr. Lee. Both times I found him to be curt, dismissive, and lacking compassion or any kind of reassuring bedside manner. Thankfully, my PCP listened to my concerns and I have my next procedure scheduled with a different GI practice.
Terrible doctor that does not care about his patients. He ordered multiple tests and did not follow up with me after. Literally the worst doctor and should retire due to his negligence. Do not see him if you care about your health as he surely does not.
I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with his office is terrible. His secretary is rude and unprofessional and gave unclear, inconsistent instructions on prescriptions after my follow-up attempts many times.
This has been by far the worst health care experience I have had in recent history. Nancy specifically was horrifically unprofessional and rude. Two procedures done (and paid for...); zero follow up; no returned messages. When you do get someone live; they yell at you and provide zero assistance. The reviews are accurate and consistent.
