I would give 0 stars if I could. This doctor is the worst doctor I have ever experienced. First of all I don’t go see a doctor much but when I do I expect compassion and empathy and to talk to me with dignity and respect. I am a very polite person and the one time I went in there to discuss the medicine that I was taking and the effect it was having on me. If I could put 0 stars I would, this doctor is the most negligent doctor I have ever come across, you never see him, only the nurse, my family member had a procedure done on August 19th and we were never contacted with the results, we as his family had to call and ask for the results, when asked to speak to the doctor we were told "you are on the list" my family member is currently dying now because of the negligence of this doctor who clearly doesn't give a shit about his patients! I would give 0 stars if possible. The receptionist is an absolute nightmare. It took me 6 weeks to get an appointment & after driving an hour to get there from Brampton - the clinics had moved locations and I was not aware. She would not allow me to come at any point that day stating “there’s nothing I can do”. All I needed was a referral to a Dermatologist.
