Staff is just plain awful. No call backs. Nothing explained. You are pretty much on your own
When I saw Dr. Weiserbs I was so hopeful because I thought he would help me. He took lab tests. Never heard back I had to go there myself to get my Lab test. It was sitting there for days while I was waiting at home anxiously. I had called over and over. Left several messages. No call back from the nurses. I lost a ton of weight unintentionally. I feel very sick. Need colonoscopy and stomach testing. I had appointment on August the 14th which they cancelled on me. Now I am waiting til Sept the 18th. I can't lose anymore weig... read more
Always great! Dr. Weiserbs has been my Gastro doc for the past few years. I don't understand the negative reviews here but I have UC and the treatment for me is a little more predictable. If you disagree with his diagnosis, always get a second opinion. There is a shortage of Gastro docs here in Roanoke, VA. He is by far one of my favorites. My issue is with the office staff answering phones or returning calls. For me, that is what needs improvement.
Went in for stomach pain, thought I had an ulcer. He diagnosed irritable bowel. OK, fine, let's start treatment. I later read in his notes that he thought I needed Lithium. We had a normal doctor/patient visit. Why on earth would you lob that out into the atmosphere?
