I am so disappointed in Dr Denise Tong. She never listened to my concerns and how I was feeling. Just kept giving me different medications which didn't help. A couple of times I rang the office to speak to Dr Tong urgently as I was in extreme pain and she never called me back. She gave a message to her receptionist to pass on to me. That's so unprofessional. I cancelled my last 2 appointments and you would think she would call to see why. Not a word from her or her office. So dissapointing.
Awesome team. Dr Tong is wonderfull. Her receptionist, Lynn is very helpful. I accidentally got the day wrong for my appointment and when the receptionist rang to see where I was arranged for me to have a telehealth instead so I wasn't out extra fees. It was very kind of her to do this and I am very appreciative.
Rude reception, unprofessional, unhelpful, have no patience. I called last year in October for an appointment, so I made an appointment for February this year, although this was four months, I accepted it. There was no reminder message in January this year, so I called again in January this year, they said I had no appointment, then they tried to give me an appointment in May. Dr Tong is the best specialist I have ever been to. She genuinely cares about patients and takes the time to thoroughly assess all options and avenues to find a treatment that works for you. I would highly recommend her!
Very rude and has a problem to spend time listening to patients problem thinks she's knows eveverything and has no time to listen very rude.
