Extremely negligent office staff with 0 sense of urgency or communication between team members of critical administrative information! No follow up, no follow through and inconsistent information from different members who are not on the same page about anything.
I 100% respect and admire this kind doctor. I have tons of serious medical issues, and I thank her I’m still alive and kicking because of her. Never mind the hours spent in the waiting room (long wait can happen anywhere!). She’s so worth the wait. I love her so much that I even convinced my husband to choose her as his primary doctor. The worse! Make you wait for an hour or more
I took my mom out off hospice service about three years ago and before from Dr. Phan , I couldn’t find a doctor that cool listen to the needs of my mother since I find Dr. Phan she’s been amazing. My mom is as I mentioned before three years at a hospice service with excellent health. Dr. Phan is been able to listen to me as a caregiver of the needs on my mom, she spends time list of the questions that I have and it’s not.
