Had a relatively positive relationship with my dr until the MA with the hideous nails (I definitely do not ever want her drawing my blood again my god the most sadistic phlebotomy ever) chased me out the building like a thief caught shoplifting for being unable to navigate a billing dispute in the middle of a mental health crisis. Gee thanks for reinforcing the belief that I’ll be abandoned, financially abused, or verbally/emotionally abused by every single medical provider for ever.
Extremely negligent office staff with 0 sense of urgency or communication between team members of critical administrative information! No follow up, no follow through and inconsistent information from different members who are not on the same page about anything.
I 100% respect and admire this kind doctor. I have tons of serious medical issues, and I thank her I’m still alive and kicking because of her. Never mind the hours spent in the waiting room (long wait can happen anywhere!). She’s so worth the wait. I love her so much that I even convinced my husband to choose her as his primary doctor. So now, we’re happily both Dr. Phan’s patients. In coming to this clinic for years and years, never have I encountered rude staff. They were always pleasant and helpful.
