I never got a chance to meet Dr. Denise Martin. My appointment was at 2pm I arrived at 1:45 offices was locked until 2. I was the 3rd patient through the door . I didn’t receive any new patient paperwork until 2:40. I had to ask for it , after I turned the paperwork in i over heard the front desk laughing saying how I picked the wrong day to come.
