I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hayward and the entire staff, start to finish. I was greeted quickly by the front desk and taken back almost immediately. The nurse I saw was sweet and had wonderful bedside manner (I can have white coat syndrome and immediately felt at ease). Dr. Hayward is a knowledgeable, highly professional, caring, and thorough doctor. I had a very positive experience under her care.
I called to see if I could have bloodwork done at the office. I explained what I needed- the office staff said they could do it. The put me in an overcrowded spot- seemingly mocking me due to my concern with covid. After they demanded I sit in a space that was clearly overcrowded for 10 minutes- they said they don’t do the type of bloodwork I needed. There were no apologies- nothing!! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I finally found a thorough, professional, knowledgeable doctor who listens carefully and yet, isn’t an alarmist. This doctor was recommended to me from a practitioner at MSK. I highly recommend her and my husband was very impressed with his visit too!!
