I will say, was good till I was asked to get a procedure to check my gallbladder. Wasn't told I need to fast so the procedure had to be rescheduled. Then when the following up appointment was scheduled they asked me to pay a $50 cancel fee.. for a procedure I hadn't even had yet since I didnt cancel it. Even after explaining that I hadn't had the procedure, they still wanted the $50. Ive only rescheduled or canceled ONCE since seeing her for a year! I concur with many of the other 1 star reviews. I left her office 2.5 years ago and they just sent me a bill for $5 for an appointment back in 2023. Even though on the statement it says I have a credit on my account. She is very rigid, won’t let you steer the appointment about anything other than the one thing you’ve told them you are coming in for (even if it’s related)- and then is condescending in between her long stints of tapping away at her laptop. Beyond me why changes have not been made given the bad reviews on here. I scheduled an appt 1 month out only to be called the day off, (during a workday; when I am not often on my phone but working) to call me, leave a voicemail to call the office, only then to tell me on my way to the visit that I need to stop by a cvs to get a Covid test and call them back with the result to be admitted into the office.
