Today my husband had an 11am appointment, and they would not see him because the insurance hadn't $20 and they could not tell us or the insuurance what the fee was for. So they are having a good lunch or something paid for by their patients. My husband has a $0 copay for primary doctors appts and all his lab is out of office. I will say, was good till I was asked to get a procedure to check my gallbladder. Wasn't told I need to fast so the procedure had to be rescheduled. Then when the following up appointment was scheduled they asked me to pay a $50 cancel fee.. for a procedure I hadn't even had yet since I didnt cancel it. Even after explaining that I hadn't had the procedure, they still wanted the $50. Ive only rescheduled or canceled ONCE since seeing her for a year! I concur with many of the other 1 star reviews. I left her office 2.5 years ago and they just sent me a bill for $5 for an appointment back in 2023. Even though on the statement it says I have a credit on my account. She is very rigid, won’t let you steer the appointment about anything other than the one thing you’ve told them you are coming in for (even if it’s related)- and then is condescending in between her long stints of tapping away at her laptop.
