Today was my first visit to this medical office, and unfortunately, it left me with a very poor impression. I had just opened a can of sparkling water for my 3.5-year-old when a blonde-haired staff member opened the door and abruptly told me, “We don’t allow drinks in here, you need to take it to your car” with a not very welcoming tone of voice, and also added, “We don’t allow kids, the nurse will tell you about our policies,” before closing the door. I concur with all the complaints about the experience with Dr. Bruckerhoff's office. After an 11 day hospital stay my brother needed followup and assistance with checking in in. I was told to wait in my car in 100 degree heat and was rudely treated. This could be tolerated except I question her level of care for my brother, prescribing him medicine that contraindicates his stage 4 renal condition. Stay away from this doctor.
Various issues: 1. During my physical, I brought up joint pain and Dr Bruckerhoff stopped me mid sentence to say that i need to make another appointment to discuss issues like that. When would be the right time to talk about issues you’ve noticed, if NOT a wellness check? 2. After getting bloodwork done, it is customary for doctors to leave notes and have the office give the patient a call with info on what their results are. Do not use this "doctor" (supposedly). I have dementia and memory issues and my caretaker was told to wait in the truck. In addition, this doctor seems to be more interested in cosmetic treatments then actually doctoring. Terrible experience here.
Through professional and caring. Dr B has no PA you always see the doctor. Calls are always answered. Best doctor for me!
