Dr. Blondin saved my weekend. And the rest of the staff, Amanda Included. I had a really bad infection due to a root canal that was already re-treated once. I had to wait my turn but they got me In the office within an hour. It felt like a 5 star hotel with how I was treated there. Dr. Blondin was very professional, courteous, and nurturing. I will be seeing him from now on.
I saw Dr blondin today for the first time after having a traumatic experience with a terrible dentist. I was extremely impressed with Dr blondin bedside manner and knowledge. He made me feel so comfortable along with his wonderful staff. Dr blondin is the only endodontist I trust and will continue to see for my teeth. Needed a root canal due to a fractured tooth and they took me that day I was in pain. Everyone was super professional and friendly from start. I had Dr. Tiffany Do and her assistant take such wonderful care of me! Dr. Do explained everything and answered my questions. During procedure she kept making sure I was okay and would ask if I needed a break but she was so gentle it really felt like a teeth cleaning. Very calming, kind and sweet! Since they are out of network, the billing stated that they would process the claim. I’ve called reminding them to process. I’m on the phone with our benefits and they have NO Records of a claim being sent.
