I booked an appointment, but when I arrived, they randomly changed my doctor. The doctor was surprised that the staff didn’t tell us the doctor’s name at the welcoming. It was very unprofessional, and I doubt I’ll be coming back.
I had my annual eye examination today at Southgate Eye Care with Dr. Wong. Dr. Wong has been my optometrist for many years. As usual, I am very happy and impressed with the quality of care and professionalism of Dr. Wong and his assistants. Thank You!!
I have been coming here for about 15 years. I have had a great experience everytime until this last time. It has been a headache for the past month and a half. First appointment with Dr. Larsen was a nightmare. Every answer I gave to his questions were wrong to him. He stopped just short of telling me I was a liar. He canceled my appointment half way through claiming my eyes were facing a medical issue that needed drops.
