Dr Blair has been a miracle. My chronic, severe migraines are so, so much more manageable. Would recommend to everyone.
Customer service is shocking, with the rudest receptionists Ive ever had the misfortune to interact with. Don't call them on the phone - first you'll get a pretty abrupt message while you wait on hold reminding you that they prefer email (this is probably the first you've heard about it) and when they finally pickup they make it pretty clear that they don't want to be speaking with you. It’s rare to come across a medical practice where every interaction is such a positive experience. The reception team are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, efficient and genuinely helpful. I recently emailed to ask if my medical records could be sent to my GP, and within minutes they had already organised it.
