Doctors at this office are excellent, the staff is not. Went in person to see the office manager regarding a problem with my insurance and a preaurhorization they were supposed to do. She offered to call me back in 2 days, it's being 4 days, no call. I followed up left messages. Nothing yet. This is unacceptable. Miriam Fuentes
