Can you guys answer your phone? I've been calling since thursday -tues 15 a damn day and no one picks up. I even left two voice mails. this is ridiculous
I was referred to Dr. Amr by my PCP for a surgical consult. I went to the appointment and was told I do in fact need surgery and the appointment was made for my surgery. When the day of the surgery arrived no one showed up for the surgery. I called prior to my surgery date to find out the details, do’s and do nots, after care, etc. but could not reach anyone in her office and my voicemails went unanswered! Office staff does not return calls and leaves you on hold. I had to hang up and call again after being on hold 12 minutes and then 28 minutes. I was told that once the referral went thru that they would call to schedule the surgery but they never did...We left two messages to schedule a surgery and no calls back. Dr Dena is pleasant, but unfortunately, her office is not run well.
Dr. Dena is great! She is very kind and great at her job. I got botox and fillers from her and it looked amazing. Also, it's virtually pain free. Highly recommend her.
