Unable to accurately diagnose and promptly treat surgical complications. Did not completely treat to prevent surgical complications even though ge acknowledge the necessity of doing so pre-operatively.
I underwent a skin tightening procedure for my upper arms and spent $3000.00 with zero result. He then wanted me to spend an additional $3000.00 for a surgical procedure. He offered me false hope. I left his office several messages to discuss this further with no call back from him therefore I'm forced to leave a negative response.
Dr. Ortegon is an excellent physician and surgeon. He truly cares for his patients and take his time to talk with them, and make you feel good about whatever you decide.
The doctor and staff are truly amazing, and I am truly happy with my surgery and results.
