Appointment was at 3pm. I arrived on time. Another lady came in at 315, her appointment was at the sister clinic in Rowlett @ 330. She gets called back at 330. I’m still sitting in the waiting room at this time. I ask the receptionist what what was taking so long and when I would be seen. The midwife rudely tried to talk to me through the class and explains to me that she’s seeing someone else and that I’ll be seeing her.
