Dr. Benjamin is by far the doctor I've ever had, he take his time to listen. And most importantly he understands all my medical needs and what's best for me without rushing out the exam room. He been my doctor for more than ten years I told him please don't ever leave Birmingham Al. I would literally cry trust me he's great
I tried twice to book an appointment with Dr. Benjamin, but his staff never returned my calls. I first called on a Friday around 2:00 PM. I tried again on Tuesday at 10:35 AM. I had to leave voice mail both times. I gave my phone number clearly and slowly. It is Wednesday evening as I write this. I am going somewhere else.
His staff aren't nice at all especially Justine she told me I have to wait outside for the doctor to come see me
Dr Ben is very competent, has a great bedside manner and my sister and I have been seeing him for over 20 years...we just love him and would recommend him to anyone
