I tired to be a patient at this practice, I couldn’t get prescriptions filled, the doctor would not respond to any messages, the staff is incompetent, and so is the doctor. In order to get a fax sent to my surgeon I had to go and sit in her office and wait after calling everyday for two weeks. I nearly lost my surgery date! Dr. Greathouse practice is very unprofessional and very stressful to go though. You will never be able to get your prescriptions filled and be playing phone tag. She doesn’t care about your well being and her staff doesn’t know how to communicate appointments.
I was looking for a new physician and Dr. Greathouse came highly recommended. She is very personable and took the time to talk with me about family history. I did NOT feel like I was being rushed out of the office like I have with other doctors. That being said, she cares for her patients so wait times may be more than anticipated.
Dr Williams is nice and professional BUT she needs more help. Most times there is no nurse to help her. I have done two urine samples and BOTH “got lost”. When you call the office to get results, no one can give you an answer and it takes weeks to get results for something the lab sends the doctor back within 24 hours. And I know this because I called the lab personally. After the second urine sample got lost I will never go back there nor would I recommend it.
She and her staff are very unprofessional. They repeatedly failed to send prescriptions and/or orders to other physicians or pharmacies in a timely fashion. I had a life threatening medical condition and she wouldn't respond or provide needed clearance to doctor. The other office had to call her repeatedly. This has happened not only to me but other patients as well. I would ever go back to her!
Very horrible experience with her. She yelled at me through the phone after I called the office since the prescription for antibiotics had not been sent to the pharmacy. She LIED saying she had sent it, and then yelled that I should go back and check because she submitted the order personally. Wanted to get into an argument with me that I was the one in the wrong even though the pharmacy had no record of them receiving the Rx.
Physician made an error and then yelled at me for not following her directions. I was very ill and she didn't even ask how I was doing. I will never go to her again.
