The most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered on more than one occasion. Fired them when they actually, literally, reduced my pregnant girl to tears. If you feel like having what should be a happy occasion ruined by being bullied and being curtly told the father can't come back with you or to get out of the room every you turn around ask for Crystal. It's scary to switch doctors in the middle of a pregnancy but we did and it was the best decision we ever made.
I can not express my gratitude enough as it pertains to Dr. Grandberry. She was very attentive and supportive during my wife's pregnancy. When it became time for delivery, she stood up for her in a way that we will never forget. Many thanks for her professionalism and care throughout the entire experience.
My wife had a Hysterectomy with her back 2018 and I remember her not being friendly and never really explained much before and after surgery, just know my wife had a tough 6 years to follow with side effects and complication from the surgery. But with research and educating ourselves, we're now on the up and up. Do your do diligence women before having this operation.
She is very rude and nasty and has a unprofessional demeanor. Poor examination and very condescending attitude. If you want someone that actually cares about your health and helping you, id recommend someone other than her. I wonder if the positive reviews are even real?
