As someone who has to visit doctor office's frequently, and who has visited a sundry of offices over the last five years, I can say in my experience that Dr. Deepti's office has been the easiest with which to communicate. Even around my 8-4 work schedule I have been able to ask questions, make appointments, and even receive partial test results. I made my appointment a month before. I arrived on time, to be told that they, “don’t take my insurance.” This should have been checked at the time the appointment was made. The Incompetency of the office staff is astounding, since the office manager never bothered to check, or call me in advance to inform me about a “patient portal” where I could put in my paperwork.
