In August 2023 my Mother was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. We were left shattered by this news. Through my Mother's GP we were introduced to Dr Deepak Singhal at ICON Cancer Centre. We were immediately impressed by his personal approach, knowledge and understanding, which gave us tremendous confidence. We knew we were dealing with a compassionate professional straight away. Dr Deepak Singhal has been my haematologist for the last four years. After initial investigation from my local doctor, I was referred to Tennyson and then referred on after some years, to Dr Singhal. He has guided and supported me through some difficult times. He has always been willing to give me and my husband time to discuss matters, ask questions and time to think over various options. I was diagnosed with acute myloid leukaemia (AML) in April 2022 and have been a patient of Dr Deepak Singhal since then. Dr Singhal has always been kind, honest, patient with me and my family . . always taking as much time as needed to answer questions in language I could understand . . including explaining my treatment. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Singhal to anyone who needs the expertise of a haematologist.
Dr Deepak Singhal has been everything I could have hoped for in a haematologist - knowledgeable, up-to-date, honest with me, supportive, caring and open to different approaches. He is a great communicator and has always given me all the time I needed to have my many questions answered. I would happily recommend him.
