The office staff up front are professional and effiecient. The wait time is reasonable. Dr. Dhawan's Medical Assistant, Shironica, is top notch; professional and efficient. I have had only two visits after recently transfering to this practice and honestly I responded with all 10's on their survey... I "never" do that on a survey because there's usually "room to grow". They're doing everything right and I'm glad I switched to Dr Dhawan. Two thumbs up!
