I've been going there for some years and still always taken care of
Don't let the lack of customer service and personality of the receptionist be your judgment for this office the rest of the staff is great and Dr Debra is thorough and has a great bedside manner. Now that Dr Debra is gone the practice is falling apart. I will be switching
I was saddened to hear that Dr.Sobel retired. But decided to stay but just recently I went in for a check up and refill on medication that required authorization approval in which they do not do anymore. And with that I have to find me another doctor needless to say change is not always good.
I was a patient of Dr. Debra Reich‑Sobel, DO for over 10 years. I am 78 with a complex medical history, and serious issues, including a spinal fracture, were not followed up . Office communication were a problem. Appointments were changed or canceled without notice, and on one occasion, I arrived by Uber for an appointment that had already been canceled. If I could give Dr. Sobel an award for her kindness, attentiveness and her overall persona she would have gotten one from me. I have had Dr. Sobel as my Primary Care Provider over 10 years now and it was one of the best recommendations I have ever gotten. She is an amazing doctor and person. She loves what she does, she is good at it and it shows.
