Where do I start, I was a patient of doctor Debra Sobel but after today, I’ll be looking for another primary, the people at the desk are so nasty and unprofessional, I had an appointment that was supposed to be at 2:30,I got stuck in traffic and was running 10 minutes late, I know it was my responsibility to leave my house early, since I was coming from New York but I work nights and I had to make sacrifices to make it to that appointment they told me I had to reschedule, I usually get later appointments because of my work s... read more

I’m giving this office 1 star because I like the doctors. They are caring, thorough and good to my parents. But the office staff has got to go. They are rude and never answer the phone. They never call back the pharmacy to refill her prescriptions without us chasing them down. And even after leaving multiple messages, we still have to follow up. It’s maddening. If you haven’t already been here as a new patient, DON’T. It’s a shame bc the docs are good but you can’t get to them without going through this unprofessional staff.
Don't let the lack of customer service and personality of the receptionist be your judgment for this office the rest of the staff is great and Dr Debra is thorough and has a great bedside manner
