with the new mgmt .... I can only say one thing, the new receptionist who handles the appt & bills is very unprofessional & uneducated. If they won't train her enough they will lose customers like me who was with Dr Landau/Dr. Kim for years. She's more concern on collecting balance upfront not service. She said I cannot sit on the chair w/o paying my $150 balance which I'm not aware of. This was stated with 2 customers in the wait area. SOOOOOO embarrassing !!!

I have been going to Dr. Landau for years and am very happy with the services, staff is very nice and profesional. Dr. Kim is also very good. I recommend Dr. Landau’s office.

I was taken in as an emergency patient which was amazing, however no work was done until a few days later, makes sense, however, the day i came for my scheduled appointment, everything still felt rushed. The doctor (Dr. Kim) had only taken two x-rays, barely looked at anything before stating the procedure I needed, additionally, prior to doing any work, he seemed to take my pain as an overreaction. Everyone is very nice in this office. I feel so comfortable here. Very respectful that people have budgets when suggesting work. Prioritizing what is necessary and what can wait. Always a great experience and fantastic work.
